I have been working on IT projects since the year 2000 in various positions. I have been leading teams of developers and consulting on software solutions, system integrations and IT processes.

Lately I worked in ETL domain helping to improve quality on legacy software with close to 1K API connectors. Previously I worked in the eCommerce domain. I led a team building a solution that is integrating marketplaces from different countries and helping merchants sell internationally as easily as they do domestically.

Before that I helped build a recruitment platform with over 15 million profiles of IT specialists. Prior to that I have founded a SaaS grade book for Polish schools. I sold the solution and business to a publishing house.

Early in my career I have been working with Microsoft Services on implementing a back office platform for a major Polish bank. I have also been working on many other projects, deploying mature Identity Management processes and integration for financial and telecom institutions.

Everywhere I work, I try to implement processes that increase reliability, automation and accountability. I believe it is a foundation for great quality in any IT related project and leads to achieving goals quickly. Repeating great performance in each new iteration without being bogged down by regression is key in agile development. This mindset helps me deliver no matter what I currently do.

I teach programming in schools — it's kind of a hobby of mine. I am a proud co-author of CEO Koduj z Klasą course Python 101, trainer in Misja Programowanie and facilitator in my small town's coding club for children.

As a CTO and shareholder I have designed and build production environment and procedures for software development teams in Internetium and Qualent Software, with main focus on reliability and ability to deliver high quality products in lightweight and agile environment, yet in conformance with ISO 9001:2000 standard.

I have successfully coached and lead teams to use agile development principles on development process, minimizing compliance tasks, maximizing usage of automation tools and focusing effort on delivery of value to the customer. My team is always improving reliability of development process, introducing tools and techniques best for the product quality.
